Overview
FieldLoom Notebook helps farmers organize farm records, receipts, field activities, inventory, reports, and AI-assisted notes.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google. Farm records you enter may include receipts, Farm inputs, Farm produce, expenses, activity notes, uploaded images, and report content.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the notebook experience, authenticate users, organize records, generate summaries, support AI features, and improve the product.
AI Processing
When you use AI features, relevant record text or uploaded document content may be sent to configured AI providers to extract details, answer questions, or generate reports. Large image files may be represented as attachment markers where appropriate.
Storage
The current version stores records locally in the browser. Future versions may add cloud sync so records can be restored across devices and synchronized when internet access returns.
Security
We use authentication and platform security controls to help protect access. Farmers should avoid uploading documents that are not related to farm record keeping.
