Use of FieldLoom Notebook
FieldLoom Notebook is provided to help farmers and agribusinesses manage farm records, receipts, field activities, inventory, reports, and AI-assisted summaries.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, upload, scan, or approve. AI-extracted information should be reviewed before being treated as final farm records.
AI Features
AI outputs may contain mistakes or incomplete interpretations. Use AI summaries, reports, and extracted details as assistance, not as a substitute for your own review or professional advice.
Accounts
When Google sign-in is enabled, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for using the product only for lawful farm record management purposes.
Data and Availability
The current app stores records locally in the browser. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove local records until cloud sync is implemented.
Limitations
FieldLoom Notebook is provided as-is during development. We may improve, change, or temporarily limit features as the product evolves.
